Businesses wanting to purchase from CFI Belgium, Inc. must apply for an account by registering online. Your application will be reviewed within 24 hours. If approved, wholesale prices will be visible on the website on your next Sign-In. You can also make purchases online.

Minimum Order
First order $500.
No Return - No Exchange
Items sold in wholesale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. Undeliverable orders, domestic or international, are subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Billing Address Shipping Only
Orders will be shipped only to the verified billing address of the credit card to protect the card-holder from online fraud. In case you need orders shipped to another address, please complete, sign and email the Shipping Waiver Form to info@cfibelgium.com. There are no exceptions.

Payment Method
CFI Belgium accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. Orders are shipped to the verified billing address.

Company checks are NOT ACCECPTED.
CFI Belgium does not offer credit. CFI Belgium is not responsible for any VAT/Custom Duties and/or Import Tariffs required by the receiver's country. International Orders may be subject to VAT/Custom Duties, Tariffs and/or Taxes by the destination country.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped after 1-3 business days of processing time. Normally your order should be in your hands within 7-9 business days for all in-stock items.

Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:
The address you provided at the time of the order is not your credit card billing address.
Your credit card was declined.
The item your ordered is out-of-stock.
All exception/shipping notifications are sent thru email, please make sure you check your email on a daily basis. High value or Bulk orders are subject to confirmation.

Shipping Destinations
Domestic Orders are shipped as per customer's selection. Physical address are shipped thru UPS. PO Box address are shipped thru US Postal Service. International orders are shipped thru US Postal International Express Mail or UPS Express/Saver.

Size Charts
CFI Belgium strongly suggests its customers to review the size chart for the dress being ordered. Bust measurements are not the same as the bra size. By waist, we mean natural waistline.

Purchase Terms
All items ordered are subject to availability after your order has been placed. CFI Belgium reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. By CFI Belgium, you certify that you are over the age of 18 and if any users of CFI Belgium are under the age of 18 you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child that you are administering/registering to use CFI Belgium.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CFI Belgium, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitor's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
